Hi,
My h1b visa expired in 29th aug 2016. Extension filed in july2016. I am in that 240 days waiting period when decision is pending with uscis.
My employer converted my h1b extension case in premium when I am nearing my 240 days ( 25th April) completion. Now USCIS throw an RFE. They have asked for end client letter for ongoing relation between my employer and client.
My client is not ready to share any document due to security reason like sow, msw etc. neither ready to give anything on their letterhead.
What are the other document I can furnish to justify my case?
I wanted to know if for any reason my extension denied
1) can I use my rest of years on H1B. I just consumed 2.6 years and still have 3.6 years on my h1b and how to get my case reopened.
2) I know I need to stop working as soon as I get denial. But will I get some time to wrap up and leave USA.
