H1B Revalidation (Visa Stamp)

Hi,

I wanted to go to Canada for Visa Stamping, My Exisiting visa is expired in dec 2005 and my current H1b is valid until dec 2006 and I 94 too..

I wanted to get visa stamped in Canada and then go to India for vacation.

I want to know if we can come back to USA, if for some reason visa is rejeced in canada and how difficult it is to get Visa in cananda.

Interesting situation!

If you already have a current valid visa and you get rejected for a New visa, what will be the impact of this on the officer at POE?

Will it be a negative effect that you were Rejected for a new visa? Or will they consider that you already Have a current valid visa?

Anybody, any response/comments??
