Could you please help me on urgent query for 6 year cycle for H1B. I left USA on Apr 14th 2016 and planning to file H1b on Apr 3rd 2017. It's less than 1 year (10 day lesser than a year). Could you please confirm whether it's okie or not. I should have 1 year gap before H1b filing (Apr 3rd) or Entering in USA (after Oct1st). It's urgent, so all help are appreciated.
