Applying for H4 for my wife in Toronto

Hello All:

I am getting married to a Canadian citizen in Toronto and we would like to apply for her H4 visa in June after we get married and receive our marriage certificate. I am not able to find the application for the H4 application on the US Consulate website (https://ca.usembassy.govhttps://www....-requirements/).

I am currently on a H-1B with an approved I-140 and my visa is not scheduled to be renewed till 2019. Can you please point me in the right direction on steps I need to execute to secure an appointment for my wife?

Hopefully it's all done now and your wife has H4, but if not then she can get H4 at POE
