H1B transfer with Normal Processing

Hi,

I am working with Employer A and going to transfer my visa to Employer B under normal processing. Please clear my below doubts :

1. My current visa I-797/I-94 is valid till September,2017 with Employer A. So can i start work with Employer B on receipt notice only.

2. If yes, then How Long I can work with Employer B on receipt notice as premium processing is already suspended by USCIS for 6 months.

1. Yes, but not encouraged.
2. Till approval/denial/240 days, whichever is earlier.
