H4 I94 Extension

Hi Team,

Currently my Wife in India and she has valid visa Till Aug 4th. I'm planning to apply I94 extension for myself so my question is can apply I94 extension for My wife also as i got signed documents from India.

You cannot apply for extension of I94 for someone who is not present in US. When she enter US on a valid Visa she will be granted an I94 as per the POE officer.
