  • Urgent H1B transfer W2 less than LCA

Got my H1b in the lottery last year (2016) in Oct . worked for 2 months NOV / Dec and have payslips for that . Nov payslip is less than monthly LCA amount (LCA / 12 ) . Also Jan and Feb (2017) is less than monthly LCA amount . March 2017 is fine .

Now transferring my h1B to a better company in premium processing . Got an RFE based on USCIS case status. Though we haven't received the RFE notice , I speculate it would be mostly because W2 is less than LCA .
    1. Does USCIS considers monthly equivalent of minimum wage or just yearly .
    2. What should be next steps if it does
    3. Can somebody suggest a good attorney to consult in this case.

Would be difficult to say without looking at the RFE. You can Google good immigration attorney in your area.

This is my opinion not legal advice.
