i am with consulting company and now i wan to transfer my visa to new company.so if my new company file my LCA(will take 7 days) and after my h1b, then want me to join them immediately, but at the same time my current employer i have to give them notice of 2 weeks, so it is possible that i start working for new employer
and still my old employer generating my payroll( as i am on bench to they are giving me salary).what should i do in this situation.Also if my current employer know this they will revoke my visa at the same day so i will be trouble
should i wait for 2 weeks (coz current company doesnt want to wait)
