H1b extension problem

I am working in company A now. A applied I140 for me.

In this Jan, my H1b was approach to expire but I140 was still pending that time.

So, my H1b got only one year extension to Apr 2018 (it supposed to be Apr 2020).

Later, my i140 was approved on Mar.

Now, if company B is willing to transfer my H1b, can B extend my H1b to Apr 2020 as well?

Yes, if they have work to show till 2020.
