H1b Revoke, Transfer not submitted

Hi,

I am currently working for company A with a valid H1 visa. I just got offer in Company B, haven't initiated the transfer yet. The company A somehow came to know that i am moving out and has terminated me effective from Last month (April 2017) and said he would revoke my H1b.
I would like to know will there be any issue if my new employer company B files a transfer petition sometime the month probably mid of May 2017.
Any insights on this will be a great help. Thank you
