Valid H1B : Changed Employer Re entry Question

I have a Valid H1B till Nov 2017 from Company A. Few months back i changed from Company A to Company B and got the I797 Approval for the H1 Transfer.
I am now travelling outside of USA and wanted to check if i should attempt to get a new visa stamped or not. I have read on the

that i can re enter without a problem. Just wanted to check if someone has done this and did they face any problems or if someone has any other advice related to this.

there won't any issues to come back in with the old stamp, i've done it before!
