H1B Validity when Changing Employer !

Hi Guys,


What happens to my H1 if I switch my current employer before transferring my visa to a new employer ??

I was working only for two years in U.S for my current employer, now I am back in India, Can I switch company now and apply for transfer after 6 months with the new employer?

Will there be any issues if switch without completing my H1 transfer or I can transfer it anytime later once my new employer finds a U.S based client?

Once I resign my current employer can revoke my H1 ?

Any information related to the query would be helpful.
