When working with company A, my I 140 was approved in Sep 2013. When changed to Company B, Company A had revoked (because I no longer worked for the company A) the I140 after 7 months from the I140 approval date. Can I still renew my H1 b after completing my 6 years of H1 even though Company B hadn’t started my perm process(as per the new AC21 Rule effective Jan 17 2017)?
