Passport not received from Chennai consulate

Hi All,

Last week wednesday ?(12/04/2006) my wife went to chennai consulte for H4 VISA.

she got the H4 VISA and paid the amount 2300/-.

But till now we did not get the passport from chennai consulate.

Is there any way to track the passport - where exactly it is available ?

or Generally How many days it will take ?

Please help me on this issue.

Have You enquired with USConsulate through EMAIL or customer service number

Yes i have sent email to chennai consulate, but there is no response from them.

And when i was called its going to recorded voice message not to any member.

Are there any particular phone numbers and email addresses are there?

If you are having that please provide me.
