Moved to another location without Transfering H1b

I have my H1B visa in CA location and moved to NC without starting my ammendment and Officer from immigration has checked for me in CA office and found that i am not there and he left his business card.

What are the consequences i may face now. Any comments please???

Your H1 may be revoked. Talk to an attorney and of course, your employer.
