I am working in US on H1B visa. I have changed my employer here and got new petition approved. Planning to get done visa stamping during my next visit. Do I require to fill up I824?

H1B re stamping

Just wanted to add one more information. My initial stamping was done at Mumbai consulate. This time I am going to do the stamping in Kolkota consulate. Does it require to file for I824 form?
