I have my petition approved last year but then my employer failed to provide client letter so could not go for stamping as client letter is mandatory. I have only petition with me and no other docs. SO what can be done?
Is there any way where I can transfer H1 Petetion to the new employer? Can anyone help me with all the possibilities to step into US with proper VIsa. I don't want to waste my H!, Kindly help.
