H1B visa revoked by prev employer

Hi,

Im in this situation now. I had a H1B visa from employer A but im working for employer B in India. Now employer B wants to apply transfer for that visa but found that it has been revoked. Now is there a grace period or some time within that I can apply for transfer under CAP exemption or I should wait and go for new H1B under lottery.

Or can I transfer the visa to employer B even if its revoked by employer A since its not crossed 6 years period.

Revocation does not matter. Your new employer can apply for a new H1 and claim cap exemption.
