Stamping Quarry

On Dec 2005 my H1B and my wife H4 visa have been transferred form ABC employer to XYZ employer and my passport and my wife’s passport having the Visa Stamped (ABC Employer) which is valid till 10/01/2006.

I have all original visa papers allowing with Original H1 approval form I-797 from ABC employer. (Valid till Oct 1st 2006)

With this condition if my self or/and my wife traveling to India on Aug 2006 and will be back to US on Sep 1st 2006, can we enter and get through the immigration with this current (ABC employer) stamping on passport?

To get the stamping for the XYZ employer visa (valid Oct 2008) I don’t see any available interview slot at Chennai, India till Oct 2006.

There should not be a problem coming on the old employer visa.

You can come back to US on the old employer(ABC) visa before the expiray date at the port of entry show the New employer(XYZ) petition papers so you will get I-94 till the new employer petition papers expires.
