    question about H1B

    hi all,

    i came to US in aug 2004 on dependent visa H4 so its been 1.8 years now i would like to change into H1B but exactly i dont know when the H1 kota starts and ends in a year...please help me ....

    U should not come under capping. U just need to convert ur status from H4 to H1. U can go ahead & apply for H1.

      H1 quota start from April till capping reach....Sorry not sure about H4 to H1 capping....
