Hi - Thanks for your continued support.
I got stamping in last November and traveled to US through company A on Jan 2017, i am currently with them however no client projects. Payroll is being executed by them but they are not giving any pay checks. Now company b is offering me and initiating transfer. Is there any legal or other challenges in accepting the offer and proceed? Please clarify with the usual process to proceed.
