    L1 to L2 and L1 to H1

    Dudes,
    I am in L1 and changing to H1 by COS from Oct 1 and my papers on for approval. Now i want to know if I can start my L1 to L2 (my spouce also L1) so thati can work early. What do u say? If I can what are the implications like L2 filed and H1 also filed same time, COS from L1 to H1 VS L2 to H1...etc etc...
