    H1B expiry date

    Hi Folks,

    I have a consular h1B visa filed under consular process which is not yet stamped and is valid till October 2017. I am currently in L1B visa since last one year.

    Question is if I would like to change employer can I use the same H1b even after October 2017 and will it be a CAP exempt? What would be the procedure for the same?
