H1B Approval and Paystub having different name ( Sister Companies )
Company A - XYZ Solution
Company B - XYZ Services
I joined company A last year and my H1 B got approved with the name of Company B . I was not aware of the minute different in the company name Solution / Service. Its purely an attorney company mistake. My paystub and W2 for last year was generated with Company A . Until few weeks before no one noticed this mistake, now they are ready to fix and i have upcoming international travel.
Can someone tell me what should be right fix ? Will this affect by GC ? ( Already i have I140 with company A )
