hi everyone i got my h1 approval for 2005 quote and when attended the embassy they asked for more documents for 7 times every time i use to take the documents the next vo did not see those docs and use to ask for other doc that was hell as i have to wait for atleast 4 to5 hrs to attend interview and go all the way from hyd to chennai abd leave all my other works.8th time the vo took my degree xerox and all the client letters and all the stuff from my employer and said they need to do futher admin process in my case they even said i qualify for the h1b visa but we need to do some admin process on ur employer what does that mean my employer is a new one and dont have any past history at the counsulate as any fraud case and all the people got there visas from other countries with this employer only chennai counsulate vos are acting too smart how can they ask for client photos when it is highly secured places do they allow to take phots at the counsulate even the clients places will be secured they dont know the minimum ethics and how can they judje the visa,i dont know how much time it takes for aap as i got other offers from different countries.i dont know what the people sitting at chennai counsulate thinking abt themself they dont have the basic time limit i dont know how the us govt appointed them in such a dignity post they are keeping admin querry tho i return from usa to get this new h1b stamped,these people are nuts.they are asking what ever come to there mouth with out any process they are giving visas to some people with same background ,same employer and client and keeping aap for others,it is a must that the visa officer should like our face to give visas when they dont want to give visas why should there president bush and other authorities should declare to increase the cap and collect the fee and stop at chennai counsulate,it nuts for any one to wait for long time for a decison,ins gives h1b approval after checking the employers status when ins with so much work force is convienced with the employers i dont know what this people want to check with a small workforce.
