Previous Employment question

I did an unpaid internship in US so do I need to mention that in Previous Employment section of DS-160 form?


Another question is that how long does it take after I had paid the fee via NEFT to schedule the interview?

If it was me, I would mention the internship (unless it was really minor and unofficial, like only a few days).
I am not sure about the visa scheduling timeline. From what I remember based on my previous experience, it is only a couple of days max to schedule after you have paid the visa fees. (Actual visa interview date will be atleast couple of weeks out).
