Husband got his Visa stamped from India. I discovered I only have the I-document . He doesn't talk anymore. How can I get my Visa stamped. Can I go to US rightfully till divorce is granted.

Will coming to the US make your situation better? What will you do once the divorce is final? Where will you live in the mean time?

Why don't you go ahead and just apply for the H visa if you want? However, in a different thread you said you only have his old expired petition approval notice. That would be a problem
