Hi,
I found status online that my H1 Extension is denied after the RFE.
My I94 is valid until 9/30/17.
Could you please help what should be my next steps?
1. Can I continue to work until 9/30?
2. What can be done to get approval - can my employer file an appeal or petition? Or what other options do I/my employer have?
3. I understand now the premium processing is on hold. However, when my H1 extension was filed it was done in premium. So can the appeal be filed in premium as well?
