I worked for company 'A' and had valid H1B visa till 2018. I transferred my Visa to company 'B' and worked there for 11 months. Recently I left B and am going back to 'A'. My understanding is I come under the 60 day grace period to start another job.
'A' has given me a joining date of next week but H1B process hasn't started yet....not sure if its needed? Do I need to do anything or just keep hammering employer A to expedite?
