Travel to India while H4 extension is in progress

Hi All,

I got the approved H1B visa till 01/2019.

My dependent visa and I-94 got expired on 07/08/2017 and I already applied for the H4 extension on (04/07/2017) and got the receipt as well.

For some reasons she is planning to visit India (for 3 months).

Is that fine, if she travel while H4 extension in processing...??

(On the other hand, I told her to get the visa stamped with my approved H1B)


Any issues .... ?

Dont see any as long as she goes for her H4 stamping.She may be eligible for dropbox too.
