Hi All,
My Employer Organization acquired by another Employer. Now I am working new Employer.
Now my current H1b is approved before acquisition and I-797 have Old Employer Name. Now I have to go Stamping. All my current documents like Employer letter, Client Letter, Contacts are every thing on new employer Name. Even DS-160 also I have specified new Employer name. I am planning to go to Chennai Consulate.
Now My questions are below
- Did any one recently Come across similar situation and Visa stamping got successfully without 221-G? If yes please let me know what kind of documents that you carried to Consulate?
- If any one went to Chennai Consulate for H1B interview and got 221-G, If yes how long it takes to complete process? Please share your case
