Can I travel to USA with new I-797C notice of Action

1. I have US H1B VISA stamped until 15 Aug 2017, from my previous employer.
2. Currently situated in India.
3. Have copies of I-97(valid up to 15 Aug 2017), i797B from previous employers, new I-797C Notice of Action and Offer letter from new employer.

Can I travel to the US with the above documentation?

I797C is just the receipt, not the approval. It would be tough to convince the POE officer that you want to enter US without having an approved petition in hand and with just few days remaining on a visa. I would advise waiting for approval and then go for stamping with the new petition.
