H1B VISA transfer
Hi All,
I had applied for H1B VISA through a consulting company in US. The VISA was stamped in May-2016. VISA is valid until August-2018. I have not travelled to US yet due lack of clarity regarding few issues with the company and also due to personal reasons. Now I am willing to travel, but I have been asked to wait for some more time by the company that sponsored my VISA.
I would like to know whether I can apply for VISA transfer through another company without traveling to US?
If yes, what are the steps for VISA transfer and how much time will it take?
