  • Moving from H1B to H4 and then back to H1B - Urgent

    Hello All,
I am currently on H1B visa with a consultant. My project just got over and I am planning to move to another state with my husband who is on H1B as well. I am not finding any job in the new state as of now. Can I move to H4 for a brief period now and then move back to H1B after 6 months ?

FYI: I still have 3 years left on my H1B.

Is moving from H1B to H4 to H1B again difficult ?
    How does this work ?

    Badly need help - Urgent

Its not difficult but time consuming as H1 to H4 can take 3-6 Months, and without premium processing H4 to H1 cam also take similar time. Fastest way to move to H4 is to leave US and go for H4 stamping (if not already having valid H4 stamp in passport) and re enter on H4 visa.

This is my opinion not legal advice.
