Applying for H1 now when H4 interview on july13

Im geting married in July and H4 visa interview is on july 13th in chennai consulate.

In this case can i start processing H1 through some consultant now itself.If i do so will my H4 be rejected just because i have started processing H1.

If i apply for H1 after i reach US in july 20th,i hear frm many its too late.

Please suggest me what cud me done.Im very much interested to work after reaching US.
