I am out of US and I got my H1B (Conselor) approved and interviewed with L1B but still in administrative processing. However, my company will start layoff (expect in Oct). Want to ask experts here what I shall do. What I have in mind
1. Going to US with L1B. My H1B (Conselor) is expected to activate after 10/1? If not, could I do L1B to H1B within US?
2. Re-apply H1B interview? Is it allowed? And the risk is what if H1B is in administrative processing again?
3. Any other suggestions?
