Hi all,
Would anyone know that, if the I129 (H1B extension) and I539 (H4 extension) are filed concurrently, will they be adjudicated concurrently too or they might have different processing time?
For H1B, the extension is after six years and with a valid I-140.
The H1 and H4 receipt number have different first three letters in our case. My H1B receipt number begins with LIN and my wife's H4 receipt number begins with EAC.
