H1 Transfer

Hi All,

I have transferred my H1 from company A to company B.
I have got the receipt and have not received the H1 approval notice yet.
I am planning to visit Canada.
My doubt is can I visit Canada without getting the H1 approval notice.
I have got Company A's visa stamped on my passport .

I think, - NO.

The reason is - As you have mentioned, you are currently with co-B, that means the required letter to the consulate will be from co-B.

That means, they will ask for either a valid visa or approval from co-B, which you don't have.

See, Receipt is just a confirmation that you case is under processing, not a confirmation that you HAVE got the approval!
