Hi Team,
Please help me on this. Presently I'm in US and need to apply for extension. My Visa is expiring in 2 months and amandment is in process. I have applied the amandment while I was in India for location change and got the receipt number. I recently travelled to US and now need to apply for extension.
Now how my case will be treated, do I need apply extension on top of amandment request or it's going to be a another request.
Do i get any time saving in process of extension since amandment is already in process
