Transfer of H4 to H1 Visa,plz revert ASAP

Hi,

I came US on 2nd Dec,05 with H4 visa stamped on my Passport, Now i am looking for job and to get H1 Visa.I have all necessary documents with me for filing H1.

Is this possible that i can get my H1 visa|stamped in US only by filing changes in Visa status form with INS.?

Do i have to submit my spouse documents like... Paystubs, I-797 and so on?

Or
Else i have to go back to india for H1b stamp on my passport.

Plz revert back ASAP, its urgent
