H1B Revalidation

Hi, I came to US in Mar2004 along with my husband on H4 and then got H1 sponsored and approved in Feb2005. I have been working since Aug2005 now. Now I am going to India for vacation and need to get H1 stamped before coming back.
I request you to please give me tips that would help me in hassel free process. What are the points that I should really give detailed consideration. Please let me know what your experiences are with regards to first time H1B stamping while you were in US before that.

Please help as I don't have much time.
