Hello all,
My spouse is currently working as F1-OPT but eligible for H1B Cap-exempt and premium processing.
Therefore H1B should be approved pretty quickly for this case.
I am currently on F1-OPT as well and planning to change to H4.
I am wondering about H4 estimated processing time for this case.
Is getting H4 considered as a CoS?
