  • H1b transfer filed after revocation

    Hi all

I am in a very bad situation now, need your guys' advice or help

I left my former employer and they revoked my H1b with them, revocation date is 8/11/2017
My new employer filed H1B transfer case on 8/18/2017, luckily I was in 60-day grace period.

    So my questions are:

I am in the 60-day grace period and my H1B transfer was filed 7 days after revocation, so I don't need to worry about out of status, right?

If my H1B transfer case is approved 2 months later, is this 2 month included in 60-day grace period?

I can not work for my new employer until my H1B transfer is approved, is that correct?

I am in the US now, what shall I do or negotiate with my new employer since I have to wait several months until approval and then ok to work?
