I would appreciate your inputs/suggestion for my below queries.
I have been working with my current employer A from last 7yrs. I-140 was approved in 2012 and my priority date is May-2011 under EB2.
My next H1B extension is in Aug-2018.
Queries:
1) Is it good time to change a job with new employer as I have next extension is in Aug-18 (not even more than a year).
2) If I do transfer with new employer, shall I get H1B validity until Aug-18 only or it will get extension or do I need to apply transfer plus extension simultaneously in order to get extension.
3)while doing H1B transfer, if my current employer revoke I-140. Does it affect for H1B transfer and extension and later GC process.
4)Do I get same priority date once the new employer apply for GC process.
5)Do I need to have a same job responsibilities in order to get approval for PERM/I-140 from new supplier?
