  • My H1B revoking by Current Employer - Looking for Employer B to take Transfer

I am in US with H1B more than 6 years and my I-40 is approved.
My H1B is revoking by Current Employer ( I797 is valid till Jan 2018 )- I am looking for Employer B to take Transfer, If my Current Employer sends mail to USCIS for cancellation of my H1 , but after the cancellation is noted in USCIS, Will my new employer B will be able to file H1 Transfer?

    Currently searching for another Assignment.

    Thanks for your help.

Your new employer can file a change of status transfer within 60 days of your H1 being revoked and you can immediately begin working. After 60 days your new employer will have to file a consular notification transfer where you will have to leave the country, get a new stamp and reenter. Both cases a transfer is possible.
