Hi All,
My H1 B visa stamping and petition date is till 31st sep 2017, please help me out to clear below few points.
1) I never visited USA so if am not wrong do i come under exempt cap scenario?
2) My project and LCA is same, what are the chances of rejection?
3) What is the processing time and fees?
4) I need to attend stamping interview again?
