Hi, My employer has filed Amendment petition with client A in June 2017 and H1B Extension petition with Client A in Aug 2017. In Aug 2017 my client changed to and I moved to client B and employer filed LCA and amendment petition with client B. All these petition are under review. My question is if RFE raised for extension petition then I have all the docs from new client with certified LCA and amendment petition receipt. Can we submit those docs for RFE since I am no longer working for client A? My I94 validity is up to Oct 7 2017. Should I withdraw the extension petition with old client A and file new one with client B? RFE didn't come yet but I am concern since the I94 validity is up to Oct 2017 and now I have only one month. Please reply. Thanks in advance.
