Hello Sir/Madam,
I am working for employer A on L1A visa, expiring Jan 2018 and i filed H1B with COS through employer B. My H1B petition is picked up in lottery and got an RFE on
August 2017 and employer B is yet to respond with evidences to USCIS. Assuming my H1B visa approval delays post October 1st,if my employer A also files L1A visa
extension while my H1B petition from employer B is under RFE or approved state , would there be any risk in filing L1A visa extension? or H1B visa processing?
Or both of my L1A visa extension and H1B visa can go in parallel, if so please let me know until when both can go in parallel?
