H1B visa stamping in case of direct emplyment

Hi,
I want to know what are the chances of getting H1B visa in case of direct employment in a product comapny. Do the consulate still reject lot of cases. Or, is it most of the rejections happen in case of consultants processing H1.

Please share your experiences.

Type of employment has no relevance to type of visa. You will need visa to work in US. It doesnot matter whether it is a direct employment or a contract job working for other employer.

In case of H visa, both type of jobs will be under cap limit. Chances of getting visa will depend on your and your employer credentials.
