Hello Everyone,
Just want to clarify, My employer submitted for H1 Extension with new LCA approved which has different/high salary than my current LCA/Salary. My current LCA/Visa expires by end of this month(Sept-17). I think it will take more 3 to 4 months to get my extension approved/denied/RFE. Here is my question. From which date should I receive the salary based on new LCA?. Is it as per new LCA from Oct-17 or from the date my h1 extension gets approved.
